Product Overview

This documentation provides a high-level overview of how Convogo can help to generate interview-based assessment reports, such as 360-degree reviews or team assessments. See documentation on specific features/pages for more detailed instructions, and email [email protected] with any questions.

Dashboard and Report Creation

When you log in, you'll land on your Dashboard, where you can manage and collaborate on your existing reports.

• To create a new report, click the “create report” button in the top right:
  1. Choose a template suitable for your assessment type (e.g., individual 360 or team feedback).
  2. Enter basic details about your report subject.
  3. Customize or add any additional sections you require.
  4. Click Create to start the report.

Uploading and Processing Data

After creating your report, you'll upload the necessary feedback data:

• Data Upload Options:
  • Typed interview notes (Word doc)
  • Psychometric data (such as Hogan Flash report PDFs)
  • Type interview notes directly into Convogo for secure, centralized storage.
  • Run a Smart Survey to collect data asynchronously.

Theme Generation and Analysis

Convogo's AI analyzes your uploaded data to identify key themes:

• Themes are grouped into Sections, e.g. Strengths and Opportunities for Development.
• The AI does finds relevant themes for each section and provides supporting evidence for each theme.
• You can review, adjust, or add your own themes to ensure the analysis aligns with your insights.

Report Customization and Editing

You can extensively customize the generated report with your organization's branding, including logos and colors, and you can customize the structure and content of different types of reports using Templates.
