Templates let you create reusable structures for reports — so your organization can maintain consistent formatting and content across projects.

🧭 Accessing the Templates Page

1. From your Dashboard, click Templates in the left sidebar.
2. Your organization will have several default templates, such as:
   • Individual 360
   • Team Assessment
3. Click any template to open and edit it.

⚙️ Global Settings

The Global Settings page controls layout and formatting across your report.

You can customize:

• Header & Footer:

  Define the text or imagery shown on every page.

• Theme Display Options:

  • Display Mention Count: Show or hide “mentioned in X out of Y interviews.”
  • Display Respondent Names: Choose whether to show names and relationships under each quote. (Off by default for anonymity.)

• Summary Generation Style:

  Choose between:

  • Second Person (“you”)
  • Third Person (“they”)

• Executive Summary Toggle:

  Turn on/off the report-level executive summary that appears on the Process Overview page.

🧾 Page-Specific Settings

Each report includes customizable sections, starting with the Cover Page and Process Overview Page.

Cover Page

• Set the report title, company name, and tagline.
